BLOODY ANG MOHS

Although the original video uploaded by this bastard have since been removed, I'm glad someone else uploaded it so that we can shame these idiots.

Sometimes I wonder why we are trying to increase our tourism numbers.

If this is the kind of tourists we are bringing to Singapore, then it is best NOT to have them at all....

As for the 3 bastards, you can all go BURN IN HELL. We don't need your filthy money.

It's so terrible to think about spending money!!!! It's not as if I have a pay rise, but i wanna spend money everytime I reach paycheck day... I think it's terrible!!!

It's not as if David is raising my pay. Well, if he is, then there is reason for me to spend a wee bit more, but no, he's not raising my pay (yet!). David, can you raise my pay please??

Should I do a Christmas wishlist again this year?? But am not gonna be ard for Christmas!!

It's terrible cuz I feel very influenced by the commercial devils of Christmas... I just wanna spend!!! :(

EDITED to add: I will do a new list with more affordable items this year... just for fun... Even though I dun expect you guys to get the items, it's always fun. It's like being tagged to answer fun questions...! Hey, I will tag people after my wishlist!!

Kazakhstan's tourism revenue soars 46% in nine months

SHYMKENT Oct 19

Revenue from tourism in Kazakhstan increased 46% year-on-year in January-September 2007, coming to 44.7 billion tenge (120.75 tenge/$1 on October 19, 2007), Yevgeny Nikitinsky, the chairman of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport's tourism committee, said.

In the nine months, 11.9 million tourists were provided with services, of which 4.7 million were visitors to the country (up 8%), 3.7 million went abroad (23%) and 3.5 million were internal tourists (7%), he said.

In addition, the number of operating tour firms increased 9% to 921 in January-September, Nikitinsky said.

"Singapore Airlines fitted its jet with 471 seats configured in three classes: 399 economy class seats on both decks, 60 business class seats on the upper deck and 12 luxury suites on the main deck.

A standard return fare for a suite, created by French luxury yacht designer Jean-Jacques Coste, will cost around 10,500 Singapore dollars ($7,160) on the inaugural Singapore-Sydney route, Chew told the AP. That's about 20-35 percent more than the current top-class fare.

Each suite comes with sliding doors and self-adjustable roller blinds for privacy — with only a small fabric screen at the bottom to allow cabin crew to check on passengers.

Each plane will have two double beds, though Chew said he doesn't want the suites to give anyone racy ideas.

"I would not encourage it for use for anything other than resting and sleeping," he told the AP."

- I'm sorry, but I think the last comment is hilarious. It's a double bed!! There are bound to be people who will use it for other purposes besides resting and sleeping!! What do u expect??

The Fascination with Tokyo Tower.

I never knew Tokyo had an Eiffel Tower called the Tokyo Tower. Well, I was ignorant, until I started watching Japanese dramas in 1999/2000. What's that red tower in the middle of nowhere?? How come it's always so prominent? I mean, Over Time, Love 2000, Friends. This tower is there.

So because of J-drama, I came to know of Tokyo Tower and yesterday, I finally made my way there... I was lucky, because this serviced apartment I was visiting was right in front of the tower. Can u imagine living in the serviced apartment and seeing the tower everyday?

Actually there isn't really much to see. Surrounded by residential and office buildings, Tokyo Tower has lost its attraction as a look out point offering panoramic views of the city. Places such as Mori Tower, Tokyo Midtown, which at 50++ stories overlooked the Tokyo Tower.

Having said all these however, I still think that Tokyo Tower remains an important landmark within Tokyo, despite being overshadowed by the many tall big buildings around.

Why so, you may ask. Well, first of all, it is red. Who the hell will painttheir building BRIGHT RED. This alone makes Tokyo Tower really really prominent. Secondly, it looks different from all the rest of the buildings around. Just like Shanghai has the Pearl Tower, London has the Gherkin (I can't think of a better example), NY has the Empire State Building (actually Tokyo has one of those as well), Paris with its own Eiffel Tower, well, I guess you can say that the Tokyo Tower is one of the defining landmarks of the city.

Take a look at this.

You see what I mean? You have to admit it is rather impressive isn't it? One thing I think was done better than London and Shanghai is that Tokyo Tower isn't immediately surrounded by tall skyscrapers around it. That's what makes it so impressive.

And of course, I have to make sure I record down this moment where my fascination and curiosity with Tokyo Tower is satisfied.

I am crazy about drugstores, personal care stores... I dunno why. But one of my favourite places is Watsons. I can't explain it.

Recently, this craze has extended to my work trips. I look out for drugstores when I come out of a train station (that's where they are usually found). I know that in Japan, the biggest drugstore chain is Matsumoto Kiyoshi. Scary.

Anyway, because of the variety of unknown products in Japan, I am so obsessed by them! I went into a drugstore today and bought two facial washes. That is besides the two which i am currently using and another two which is currently in storage.

This one is actually a charcoal scrub... quite effective, but i think St. Ives is still better!!!

Don't underestimate this plain looking one... this is actually made by cosmetic giant Shiseido!! I bought it because of the SIngaporean mentality - this woman picked up four tubes of it, so i decided that it has to be good and I bought one too. I have to say, it is really quite good! My face feels really cleansed and a little tight... maybe a lil too tight for me, but definitely very very cleansed!!!

This is really terrible, cuz sometimes I end up loving the overseas products that the range in sg doesn't satisfy me anymore!!!!
