Langkawi was my first resort destination. I have never been a resort person, never been one to lie around and laze away. Cities are more my kind of thing, I reckon. The culture, the food, the hustle and bustle of the locals, I just wanna go out and explore what there is to offer, rather than sit and lie around. But I discovered that sometimes lying around and spa-ing the day away (in Hwei Shan's sister's words) and just enjoying the see breeze and the roar of the waves may not be that bad after all... I'll let the pictures do the talking...  A plate of local fruits greeted me on my arrival...  Together with this box of chocolate pralines... The heart-shaped chocolate box (and lid) is made of chocolate too!!!  Beautiful lilies dotted around the resort... did you know that they close in the afternoon and reopen again at night?  Sigh... isn't this beautiful? Datai Beach.  Pantai Cenang (Cenang Beach) - all 1.5km of it, just for the resort alone...  Sunset while having dinner.... Going...  Going...  Gone....
